Welp, ran into a little bit of a snag.... MFactory 28-spline diff is backordered. Almost pulled the trigger on a Kaaz, then realised it was clutch type. Nothx.

Buncha shit coming in this week. Pictures will follow.

Sorry, no HKS stuff. I'm not baller enough.

agreed on clutched for rwd......never tried clutched on a fwd, everything I've driven with factory limited slip had an ATB with worm gears in it(torsen, quaife, etc)

OB, I still think you're nuts.......but this ought to be a fun project

btw......want to put a v8 in the mx3?

Well, i just don't want to deal with a clutch type... the adjustments, the special fluid, having to rebuild it, blah blah blah. For this app, i'd figure the clutch type would give maybe 10% more performance, at 200% of the price, with 300% more headaches.

A Helical will be just fine, methinks.

That MX3 has been completely raped by rust. A V8 in there would probably fold it in half.

JDM y0 MX6 ECU

Headers, KLDE injectors, PS Delete belt. Not entirely happy with the Ebay headers. (DUH!) Welds look fine, and they're solid enough, but the insides right past the flanges don't line up too well, probably not helping flow. Either way, they're better than stock, and less than half the weight, so i'll live with them for now. For $140 shipped, i'm not unhappy.

Before anyone wants to make any hilariously ignorant comments about Ebay parts: There are no other headers currently available, so suck it.

If you buy Ebay headers instead of running NO HEADERS, the terrorists have won.

That mx3 looks like it was raped by 5 mack trucks.......

Had to cut the rear crossbrace in half, had to walk nuts off the rear mount with an air hammer, cut upper core support, etc....lol

Best mod of the day, if you have a mx3.....

V-mounted ac condensor.......
