Sorry for the delay in posting updates, the weekend was uneventful and this week has just been a bad week altogether. However I did start to mockup the front end and started to get things ready for the wiring of the motor. This weekend is going to be shot for working on it, but I hope to get some more done on it next week.

Seth

Sorry for the delay on a update, been really busy with work. Ive been working on it, but nothing worthy of taking pics of, nothing to exciting about looking at wires scattered all over the place....lol..I did manage to get the Nardi sprayed yesterday.

What it looked like before I started.

After Matt had fixed some imperfections in the wheel, it went under primer.

And now shes painted (same black as my engine bay)

Onto todays updates, Wheatley came over this evening and helped me get the new timing belt on and the car timed(twas being a hooker) After he and the crew left I started the wiring process. Still have to run a few wires once its in the car, clean it up, loom and tuck it, but for the most part the engine and trans harness are done. It looks like a spaghetti mess at the moment, but its coming along better then I expected.

All of the tools needed when wiring a motor thats not suppose to be in that type of car...lol

Trans Harness

Engine Harness

Starting to Install and tuck the Chassis Harness

The car is now up at the shop where I work at so the bodywork and paint process should be starting fairly soon!

Thanks man!

Yeah so Ive been busy lately with working on both cars sorta kinda. So heres a rundown on the last few weeks in one sentence:

Thanks Newby for letting me borrow your tow dolly last week so I could bring the car to the bodyshop.

So yeah the cars at the shop, trying to get the Integra done first so I can sell it and go back to working on the "ole two hundred and forty"

First time the car has been outside in almost a year.

Hardparkers.com or a shameless plug for the bodyshop.....hmmm ;D
(both are mine....lol)

Ok so a large majority of the wiring is done, now its time to extend a few wires that arent long enough, run a few wires that havent been ran yet, and finish off the tuck.

The drivers side is completely done, and the fuse box has been relocated right behind the radiator support. The passenger side fuse box has been relocated to the lower frame rail, the wiring isnt finished yet on that side.

Heres where the fuse boxes and wiring should be located for a better idea.

Ok so as of yesterday Ive gotten off my lazy ass a bit and started working on the 240 now that the Integra is done. The pics do not look like much but i know the amount of time and progress Ive made.

Doors and door jams have been stripped and ready to be scuffed for jamming. (exterior door panels have been removed as well)

Trunk has been stripped as well, taillights are removed, lower garnish removed, and as of today(not pictured) rear bumper cover has been removed.

I did this last weekend but didnt feel like posting the pics up, but the s14 hood hinges arrived, and after almost a year and a half the car now has a hood bolted up on it.

Tonight, Jay(not a member on here) helped me by welding the antenna and trunk lock hole I wanted to shave. Ive got the bodywork almost done on those areas and hope to be moving onto other things tomorrow.

Ok so now both doors as well as the roof and passenger quarter are under primer. Ive started blocking them and hope to have them finished soon. Hopefully with the help or Mr.M3 I can get the drivers quarter and decklid under primer soon. Ordered my intake manifold gasket I needed so I can put the motorstuff back together, and Im planning on ordering the rear aero from Touge Factory tomorrow.

So you have pretty decent prices on painting? I think I want to figure out how much repainting my hood on my 350 would cost.

Ill ask my boss at work and see what he would charge. He actually owned a black Z a year or so ago before he bought the M3 he has now.

I stayed up at the shop for several hours tonight. The conversion fenders were ok in areas then suckfest in others so I had a few hours in getting them to where i was happy with them. I still have some body work to do on them, but theyre now bolted in place. After that I started working on the sideskirts, those are now fit up and bolted into place. Next I moved on to the bumper, it was quite the pain in the ass getting it on the car and bolting up alone but with some 2x4s I was able to get the job done. Its now bolted up but a few brackets need to be made for the middle since its not really designed to be on this car. They really dont need to be there, but Im adding them for extra support. I still need to mess with the hood a bit and get the gaps more even, but thats a easier job with two people. Ive finished blocking the car with 150, followed by 320, now Im ready to wet 600 the car and hopefully get the trunk and driver quarter under primer soon. Im going to be ordering the rest of my parts on monday so hopefully that will bring the rest of this jigsaw puzzle together.

I borrowed one of my buddy's bmw wheels and threw on it, stock wheels and shadow offset ftl....lol. However 19s are a bit too big....hahaha(and not to mention its not even bolted on...god i need wheels...haha)

Another update and chance for me to take up space on here...haha

So Ive started working on the wiring the past few days. Ive got quite a bit done actually but theres still a few more hours of work that need put into it.
I went to Napa like 3 freaking times today, buying various hose clamps, an assortment of, by the foot, vacuum lines, wiring loom and made my heater hoses.
My intake manifold gasket came in today as well. (Nismoparts.com is awesome for having OEM RB parts in stock) Its now installed, and the wiring on the top of the motor is now pretty much complete.
