Not sure which clutch I am going to go with yet and I will probably upgrade the flywheel while I have it apart. I will be installing myself after I recover from my kidney removal surgery. I had to sell a kidney to pay for all my recent mods:

I think it had alot to do with the clutch pill and 1/4 mile drags. I never removed the pill and the car has about 15 passes. I will be removing that little devil with this install

I want to know how the install goes. I'm contemplating doing it myself as well. I've read that if you can do the turbo swap, you can do the clutch.......well, I've done the turbo swap

Looking forward to know what you go with too.

Here is a sad update. While I was away a big storm hit and this big canopy tent with metal poles danced on my Evo and my Jeep. I'm going to get some estimates tomorrow for the insurance company. I will try to get some better pics tomorrow. It was already dark when I got home and these are pics my buddy took for me yesterday.

Did you get the tune worked out? You picked up 5 mph and your clutch was on its way out so maybe it wasnt as bad as you thought. I bet you get a clutch it's a solid 12.5 car or better.

Don't sweat the restrictor. Just a good clutch will resolve your issue. Better the clutch than the transfer case My cheap HDSS act never slipped and I was leaving with over 550tq
