yessir. if they arent koni yellows and GC coilovers with custom springrates and cornerweighted.... will no likey. they were pretty stiff for a 2k lb car. so you should have some good use on them as is

it's that stiff? I might be able to order a different set of springs for them...but I am very used to shitty suspension. Ride can't be much worse

Just not ideal for the 2+2=4 equation of ST Ef civic. No-one knows on swapped eg's. Like I was telling you when I had them. Don't know till you try. And like he said. His ultimate goal is road race, which the pic's are perfect for.

And Terrin, they are pretty stiff for a tiny Ef. Heavier cars need moar spring. The heavy ass front end of the B swap needs the stiffness. It's a stiff ride, but not bouncy. And there is a noticeable difference between the highest setting and the lowest setting of dampening. Lol. Goes from not bad to jar your brains out

so soft for on the way there and jar my brains out at the track?

I would like to try at least one track day this year and see what it's like before I decide to get into it and put any more money into my car.

a bazillion actually.

honestly.... from D to b.... prolly around 80-100lbs if that. i remember from B->H is like 80lbs difference.

but..... eg is heavier than ef, plus the added swap...

how about this...... you try them out, if you hate them or love them..... keep or sale them.... up to you. i was going to add the typical EF 450lb front 500lb rear springrate to those and try it out. PLUS..... you dont have the best tires, no rear sway bar, not the best tune.... so stiff springs are on the bottom of the list or worrying.

Stiff-ass springs are no good if you don't have the rubber to keep the car sticking, and frankly (no offense meant), you don't.

time to break out the plasma cutter and make room for some 16x12's on that hatch. u can still run all-seasons and rape people on traction

I drive by and see your car there at least a couple times a week. I keep forgetting to stop in, though.

Maybe i'll need an oil change soon.

She told me 45 and I told her no thanks and walked out. Is that what they seriously charge for a nonsynthetic 10 w 40 oil change?

I think the nitto neo-gens will be fine for this season. 205/40/16, ill prob up grade next year. don't need race tires to run the pics. rides ok, not to terribly. He pat did give me a stock gsr rear sway. So hopefully I can get anything done by saturday night. Need front bbk installed, braided brake lines installed, maybe I can get the exhaust done, and a replace a striped lug bolt.

Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, they aren't going to ruin your car or anything, was just an observation.
