who knows heating systems?

i'm starting a new project, and need a heater/bypass valve. my car currently has one however it is plastic and that simply won't work for the new project, it needs to be electric with a metal case

oem or aftermarket will work just let me know what you can find

"It’s terrible. Biblically terrible. Possibly the worst new car money can buy. It’s the first car I’ve ever considered crashing into a tree, on purpose, so I didn’t have to drive it any more. "
- Jeremy Clarkson describing what the Honda Insight is like as a car.

If the US Government was a family, they would be making $58,000 a year, they spend $75,000 a year, & are $327,000 in credit card debt. They are currently proposing BIG spending cuts to reduce their spending to $72,000 a year. These are the actual proportions of the federal budget & debt, reduced to a level that we can understand.

If your car gets hot enough to melt a plastic heater bypass, you have bigger problems...

Home depot plumbing valve fitting motorized with a servo from radioshack run to a toggle switch in your cabin?

If what Terrin says is true, why do you need to mess with this? Unless you're doing it wrong?

Plastic works well as long as you're under 450whp. At 553whp, the shit explodes. So he should be fine.
