Let's start by getting that hatch off the toddler.

Then get at that relay. Less trouble than you think.

Try another pump. Those things fail all the time.

No crushed lines, cleaned contacts and ground. No luck. Opened the tank again, checked all lines, fine. But i did drain the year old gas and refill fill it. There seemed to be decent amount of water in the tank. It is now pulling 40 psi and has been running for about 15 minutes. I took and led light to the inside of the tank. Its looking pretty bad. Just might go fuel cell. Thanks for the help guys.

I just think it is weird that you start at 35 psi and then after running it drops to 20. You replaced the regulator, and if it does that same thing consistently it sounds like a pump to me. You should be able to crank that thing up to 80psi with that regulator.

Well it was either a loose wire/bad connection by the pump, or a mixture of that and bad gas that has been in it for a year Because it ran fine after I got into the pump again and drained and refilled the tank.. It is working now, runs great. It's completely different car now then when I got it. Now I just need to tighten up the suspension. It rides like shit and is all over the place.

You are right though. It was the pump, but not in the sense it was bad. I am thinking it wasn't getting a good connection for power.

Drove car 30 miles today with no more issues. Hopefully this is done with.
