... my machinist died, now i need a new one

so his name was JERRY GORDON or Mr. Jerry as i called him, he was the single most inexpensive machine shop i ever dealt with and so fast it was almost rude (almost). he had health issues from the day i walked in the dor and had about 10 near death experiences... all of which he recovered from, then one day he died in his sleep. the machine shop is now gone and i am really kind of lost as to who is going to be doing my machine shop work locally.

i need a block decked, and a crank turned/balanced.

anyone have any suggestions don't tell me schmidt (had some issues in the past namely speed)

i've already talked to component machine and very wil may be going there

let me know

i miss the fact that you could call over there at 4 in the afternoon drop it off at 6 and pick it up by 8 9 at the latest (the same day) and it'd be done and ready to go

RIP JERRY GORDON, you and your shop will be forever missed i never had a bad thing to say about you but it sucks brian didn't get to take over the shop now that you're gone.

Dave wouldn't be the only person to tell me horror stories about that place.

But seriously... if OP is finding Quinlin's "holyfuckingshittyballs" expensive, then he'll go nowhere.
