i HATE spec clutches

their customer service is bullshit as well.

oh and having talked to one of their competitors they explained that SPEC clutches are made in chna (i have been unable to confirm this)

when i sent this to them they gave me the understanding it would be covered under warranty but after they received it they said it wouldn't be and that i'd wasted my time and money sending it to them in the first place.

when i didn't pay for shipping immediately after their inspection (i was between paychecks and broke) they threw it in the garbage

thanks a lot spec for making an inferior product

That's what you get when you don't know how to drive a vehicle with 3 pedals.

thats an ignorant statement. for starters.

if i was a terrible driver there would be hotspots on the pressure plate. there are none

if i was a terrible driver the nominal thickness of this disc would be reduced to nothing

but i'm not a terrible driver

there are NO hot spots on the pressure plate

nor the flywheel

the nominal thickness of the disc was above 90%

the product simply didn't do what it was supposed to do

and lastly i wasn't expecting the disc to be completely replaced for free but some semblance of customer appreciation was what i asked for.

They are currently proposing BIG spending cuts to reduce their spending to $72,000 a year. These are the actual proportions of the federal budget & debt, reduced to a level that we can understand.

the picture of the PP looks like it has hot spots on it.....(looks like my sho's factory one after I lost a disk spring) No disengaugement at stoplights meant standing on the brakes and slipping it.....then float 2-3-4-5 the rest of the way home.

I will offer advice, but you prolly will not listen. Call South Bend clutch and see what they have to offer.......South Bend > joo

I see hot spots on the pressure plate. Of course, I'm only used to dealing with stockish HP vehicles and ones that have actually proven beyond internet talk that they're as powerful as advertised so maybe I'm ignorant to your situation.

Personally if I wanted small, nimble, good gas milage and no rust, I would own a Mini. However, I want space, fun to drive, loud as fuck, forced induction, hood scoop, and AWD.

Your Honor, the jury would like a break to laugh and not offend the plantiff.

Geezus you must be retarded, while I can't see the pictures at work I am willing to bet that what everyone else says is correct. You don't know how to drive, should stick to automatics and grocery getters. Stop trying to mess with a cars performance.

I hope your car catches fire, and it burns to the ground. While I wish no physical harm, I do wish that you lose the ability to get on a car forum and infect others with your stupidity.

He drives a 553whp, 610wtq BMW 5-series on stock wheels/tires with a fuel supply that can handle about half what he says it makes and a turbo that can handle less and he knows how to drive.
