Take them over to Schmidt Automotive on the eastside. I am getting ready to drop off my '68 302 heads in the next week for them to completely go through so that I can get them back onto my built block (and start stripping down the engine bay).

What car is this going into?

It's a 51 ford f5. It is chopped 6.5ish inches. It will ride ~2 inches off the ground. I believe he has a build thread on here Ben.

Will have to check it out. I am not worried about chopping and lowering, but would love to find a '55 or '56 F100 to restore (actually almost had one, but was outbid by $200).
